Our experience with Quality 1st Basement Systems was a very positive one.  The inspector, Nick, made us feel very comfortable in our decision to use Quality 1st.  We were not disappointed. We recently had 2 floods in our basement for the first time in the 33 years that we have lived here and decided to have a professional come and check the damage. He arrived exactly at the time scheduled.  Before looking around Nick asked what problems we were hoping to solve.  Nick did a thorough examination of the situation and made suggestions on how to address each of our concerns. He itemized the cost for each repair so that we could either go with the entire package or pick and choose what work we would like to have done at this time. On the scheduled work day the men arrived a half hour early. The work was completed by early afternoon with all of the debris taken away and the laundry room cleaned up.  We were very pleased with the work performed, professionalism, courtesy and follow-up with all concerned.
