Testimonials from our customers in Forest Hills, NY Stanley L. Forest Hills, NY

I could not be more pleased with the outcome of the installation completed last month. We have had one heavy rain since and there was not a drop of water anywhere in our basement. We truly believe that our days of living with a wet basement are gone forever.

I've had work crews come over and make a mess that I spent days (weeks) cleaning up. Quality 1st Basement Systems wasn't like that at all. They showed up on time, did a great job in the timeframe they had originally promised and left my basement clean and usable. They hauled away the trash as well. So far so good! I'm very pleased with the results.

Jesus and team were amazing, actually quite personal and professional. The direct questions and onsite problem solving was appreciated. I felt part of the installation process and the job came out clean and perfectly installed. This supports the fact that I will call upon Quality 1st for any further needs or issues and know they will be addressed in the proper fashion. Plus, I hope they liked the pizza!

This was so unlike any experience I have ever had with contractors. Your company made me feel good throughout the process, from initial estimate to project completion. I am also impressed with the quality and design of your systems. I await the first heavy rain to confirm that the repairs have solved my basement water problems, but given my experience so far, I am confident that I will be satisfied. Thank you.

I do need someone to follow up with me to address some very minor concerns. I would have expected someone to follow up with me personally already before receiving this feedback form.
