When initially contacting Quality 1st Basement Systems I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company. I really liked the confirmation package that was sent in the mail prior to my meeting with the design specialist. It helped me understand your products more in detail and prepare my questions and comments for the inspector. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very pleasant. After any heavy rains, one side of my home used to get water seepage thru the walls and onto the floor. After having the sump pump and french drain systems installed I am confident that the basement will no longer leak. I first heard about Quality 1st on Angie's List and was impressed by the number of positive reviews on their Angie's List account. When initially calling the office staff for an appointment they were very responsive and were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. My inspector Kenny was very professional and came across like a waterproofing expert and offered affordable solutions for my problem. The installation team installed everything in one day and were overall very courteous and efficient.

OMG!!! I was referred by a friend about the company who had a draining system put in so I called to make an appointment. I was very impressed with Jessica who told me everything I needed to know about my basement. She was very informative so I decided to get the dehumidifier. It was installed on 10/30. Prior to having the system, my basement smelled really bad when i tell you it was horrid.  Just on 10/9/ I went in my basement and I was so amazed at how good the basement now smells. My heating contractor was there as well and I was telling him that this system is the best. I'm so glad that I made this investment. It is the best thing I have, I was telling my heating contractor, who also was impressed. I told him this all happened in within two week time. I chose to go with Quality 1st because they had a all-in-one solution for both my basement and crawlspace. After the initial meeting, he made sure I know I could contact him with questions at anytime, which I did.�  I think I e-mailed or called about 4 times before we gave our deposit and all my questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely, professional manner were a departure from what I had previosly encountered in my to solve the problem in our basement.�  I had concerns with several aspects of the installations, all of which he researched and responded to.�  After the installation, he remained in contact.�  If all contractors were this accessible, I would be thrilled.
