In the course of the installation, Nick noticed the need to add another sump pump in the garage. While this costs around $1000, he did not charge us a penny as it was not included in the original estimate. This kind of honesty is rare and to be commended. I could not recommend Quality 1st Basement more highly. These guys are the very best. While they may not be the cheapest, they will add value many times over to your property.
I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the job from initiation to completion.
Nick Biris was terrific. He took time and effort to see exactly what we wanted and was also conscious of our budgetary constraints. He took all of this into account and delivered a great plan.
The basement looks great. it is truly transformed. The only regret is that we did not do this sooner

I found that this company was willing to work with us. Another company insisted that a full demolition of the walls was essential - but we did not want to lose the lovely wood paneling. The solution that you provided allowed to retain the wood paneling and also lowered cost.
