So far I am very pleased with the experience. We have had several heavy rain falls with no sign of water coming in since.
Was able to direct me to the correct contact with no issues.
Rick was very helpful in explaining all options to help us come to a basement solution that met our needs. Rick also always returned phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner.
Jonathon and his crew did an excellent job. The work was done with care and attention to detail and came out great. Very happy with the installation crew's work.
The install crew was very thorough in cleaning. The next day after install I was back in the basement using it without having to do any major cleaning which was much appreciated.
What made you choose our company:
When researching basement solutions I found Quality First through a google search. Noticed that it was a big company with a good reputation so I made an appointment. The online information regarding how the system works made me feel confident that this was a good system. The salesperson was very nice and personable, so I felt even more comfortable proceeding after meeting with him.
