Gianna Marcano

Meet Gianna, one of our customer service representatives!

Prior to working at Quality 1st, Gianna has previous experience working in customer service. Gianna helps set our sales team and specialists up for success by converting our marketing leads into appointments.

Gianna's responsibilities include making sure the customers get the help they are looking for. Gianna also creates and mails out the premailer that introduces the Specialist to the customer. Gianna sends anywhere from 40 to 80 premailer packets out a day.

During her free time, you can find Gianna traveling to new places! She loves to go on adventures and explore new areas. Gianna also has a love for photography and loves to take pictures!
