Keashan is a great asset to our team as she serves as an Appointment Center Representative in our Appointment Center. She is currently still in school as she is working for her Masters in Human Resources. Keashan’s daily duties include following up with customers and making sure that they are getting the best customer service from Quality 1st Basements. She schedules homeowner appointments for Basement Waterproofing inspections, Crawl Space Repairs, and Foundation issues. It is her goal to make sure we get out to see every customer that comes in contact with us as soon as possible.  "Best part of my day is knowing that I am delivering homeowners peace of mind that we are to provide them with the best solution."

In her spare time, Keashan enjoys spending time with her growing family and her friends.
